As we develop future leaders and encourage academic excellence within our students, Nouvel strives to attract and retain the best teachers. In doing so, we are committed to offering competitive salaries. The 3rd annual Nouvel: A Night to Shine Gala will continue to build an endowment for faculty and staff compensation, creating a perpetual source of supplemental funding to support compensation.
