In our ever-changing and increasingly global society, it is essential that today’s students embark on the rewarding journey of learning a second language.  When students learn a second language, they are exposed to the customs and ways of life of other cultures.  In turn, they expand their views and perceptions of the world, as well as their own culture.  Our goal is to create a comfortable and positive learning environment that encourages and produces life-long learners of Spanish who have the skills and interest to use the language to enrich their lives.

Programs Offered

In the 2025-26 school year, we are excited to offer Spanish again as part of our specials classes. All students in the Elementary School are exposed to the Spanish curriculum. Their curriculum focuses on the acquisition of broad vocabulary as the students begin to learn basic words, expressions and basic grammar structures.
