Mr. Neil Gaeth is the school counselor at our elementary campus. He graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with his bachelor's degree in social work. In addition, he has a master's degree in social work from Michigan State University. Prior to Nouvel, he worked at the Bay-Arenac Intermediate School District. While at BAISD, he held the role of Special Education School Social Worker. Most recently, he was at Vassar Public Schools as Student Support Services Supervisor.

Mr. Gaeth shared, "What I love most about Nouvel is the students, families and staff that make this school such an amazing place. This year, I look forward to the opportunity to continue to grow in the role of the counselor and getting to see all of the students as well as meeting the new families."

His wife, Katie Gaeth, teaches 1st grade at Nouvel. They also have 2 beautiful children, Brady, who is a proud Panther, and Beau.
