Mr. Neil Gaeth is joining Nouvel as the school counselor this year. He graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with his bachelor's degree in social work. In addition, he has a master's degree in social work from Michigan State University. Prior to Nouvel, he worked at the Bay-Arenac Intermediate School District. While at BAISD, he held the role of Special Education School Social Worker. Most recently, he was at Vassar Public Schools as Student Support Services Supervisor.

Mr. Gaeth is excited to be joining Nouvel and be a part of such a close-knit community. He also shared, "I am looking forward to meeting all the staff, students and families that make Nouvel such an amazing school."

His wife teaches at Nouvel and they have a 2-year-old son.
