Janna Witten has a BA from the University of Northern Iowa in Elementary Education and an MA in Curriculum and Instruction with a Reading Specialist endorsement from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has over 20 years of experience in education.  

Mrs. Witten loves working at Nouvel and shared, "After working much of my career in a public school setting, I love that prayer is an integral part of our day at Nouvel. The weekly elementary liturgies are beautiful."

She and her husband Steven have three children. The two oldest are Nouvel Catholic Central Alumni. Their youngest is a proud Nouvel Panther in junior high.   The Witten family are members of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Freeland.
