Mrs. Mary Lepczyk's education is in early education and she is trained in specialized programs focused on the Montessori philosophy, child development, and practical application within a Montessori classroom.

Miss Mary, as she is affectionately known, has been at Nouvel for 11 years and worked with preschool age children for over 30 years.

She loves working at Nouvel because of, "The faith based atmosphere. Co-workers and staff are wonderful, caring and helpful."
