Mrs. Monica Bauer has an Associate Degree from Belleville Area College in Belleville, Illinois. She has been working at Nouvel for the last 8 years.

Ms. Monica, as she is known in Montessori, loves the family atmosphere at Nouvel. Each year, she most looks forward to, "Watching the students grow physically and academically."

She is married and has a son that attended Nouvel Elementary and graduated from Nouvel Catholic Central High School in 2024.
