Mrs. Sarah Collison earned her Associate's Degree from Delta College and later earned her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Arizona State University Global. She was a long-term substitute teacher and has taught the multi-age preschool classroom for the last 3 years.
As she prepares for the new school year, she said "I’m looking forward to continuing to growing as educator and putting smiles on little people's faces. I love working at Nouvel because it gives me joy when former students stop in or come in to see me."
Mrs. Collison is a Bay City native. Her husband has also been an educator for many years. Two of their daughters are Nouvel Alumni and their youngest is in the 11th grade. The family's home parish is St. Thomas Aquinas, where Mrs. Collison is a lector and her girls are also involved. The family likes to attend the bilingual Mass at St. Boniface in Bay City on occasion. Mrs. Collison happens to be bilingual and incorporates Spanish into her classroom. Our Lady of Guadalupe is her favorite saint.
