Mrs. Sara Vance has a M.S. in Communication Disorders from Bowling Green State University and a B.S in Speech Pathology/Elementary Education from Western Michigan University.

She previously taught kindergarten, ECSE and was a k-12 speech pathologist. Mrs. Vance has taught at Nouvel for 8 years and shared, "The students challenge me to grow as a teacher and as a person. I appreciate the support I receive from my colleagues and the parents." 

As the new school year starts and she reflects on what she is looking most looking forward to, she said, "My favorite events are the family events that bring our entire school community together. Of course, I love March for Reading Month, too!"

Mrs. Vance's boys are proud Panthers, the 2 oldest having graduated already and are now alumni. Her family are parishioners at St. Thomas Aquinas.
