Mrs. Tessa Pinkerton has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio State University, majoring in Human Resources. She previously worked in Human Resources, including leadership roles focused on training, organizational development and performance management. 

When she relocated to the area in 2018, her family was looking for a faith-based school and chose Nouvel Catholic Central for their own children. Mrs. Pinkerton worked for a nonprofit in the area and volunteered at school, when a position opened up in admissions and marketing. She shared, "As a parent, I understand that it can be a big decision choosing the right school for your children. All parents want a safe, loving environment where their kids can succeed and explore their talents. I'm honored to be a part of that journey for families exploring Nouvel. I love working in the school supporting our students, families and staff."

Mrs. Pinkerton and her husband, Mark, have 3 children. Their boys, Caleb and Aidan have both graduated from Nouvel and are in college. Hadley is currently a proud Nouvel Panther. The family lives in Thomas Township and are members at Holy Spirit Parish.
