Skill Development for Young Panthers
Students in Young Fives through 2nd grade are invited to join us for our instructional youth basketball league held on Saturday mornings. We aim to offer purposeful skill development for our young Panthers to promote enjoyment of playing the game and enable players to succeed at the higher levels of basketball.

League Details
- Saturday Mornings
  - April 11th, April 18th, April 25th and May 2nd
- Times
  - Kindergarten/Young 5s: 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
  - 1st/2nd Grade: 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
- Located at Nouvel Catholic Central High School/Junior High Gym (view here)
  - Doors open by 8:45 a.m.
- 15-20 minutes of drills followed by a 30-minute game
- New teams chosen each week
- 8ft hoops, 27.5" basketballs used
- Nouvel spirit wear encouraged
- Colored wrists bands and/or pinnies that the kids can learn man-to-man defense among other rules to help the kids learn the game
